Thank you for shopping at SBColtd. We strive to provide high-quality refined sunflower oil and other edible oils. This policy explains when you can request a return, exchange, or refund.
Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return:

The product must be unused and unopened.

The item must be in the same condition you received it.

The product must be in its original sealed packaging.

You must provide proof of purchase such as a receipt or order confirmation.
For safety and hygiene reasons, opened or partially used cooking oil cannot be returned unless the product is defective or damaged.
Non-Returnable Items
Because we sell food products, some items cannot be returned once delivered.
The following items are not eligible for returns:

Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Items purchased during promotions or sales may not be refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.

Return Shipping
